We assist individuals living with many mental health issues including anxiety, depression, complex/post-traumatic stress, post-natal depression and other mood disorders. As well as psychotic illnesses including schizo-affective disorder and schizophrenia. We also provide support for people with Intellectual Impairment, Acquired Brain Injury, ASD & ADHD.
Our team of Credentialed Mental Health Nurses offer a range of services for people with a psychosocial disability due to Mental Health Conditions;
We provide short and long-term goal-setting and treatment options using evidenced-based, solution-focused and recovery-oriented approaches. This allows the participant to achieve better individual outcomes. Progress is closely monitored and treatment adjusted to respond to needs of the individual by our clinical team.
