About our fees

All clients are required to sign a costs agreement prior to their initial consultation which outlines additional fees that may be payable from time to time. Additional fees pertain to travel time, court appearances and obtaining medical records. Please ask our team for a copy of our costs agreement.

For all medico-legal appointments, where you have been referred by your solicitor or other person for an assessment and report, fees are payable immediately prior to your assessment session. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, EFTPOS or cash, Unfortunately we do not accept cheques.

From time to time solicitors prefer to take our fees into their trust account. This must be arranged prior to your assessment. 

Legal Aid referrals will be accepted on a case by case basis. Please contact us to if you or your client require a medico-legal consultation at Legal Aid rates. 

Generally treatment includes 45-minutes of face to face time with the specialist clinician, with an additional 15-minutes for the clinician to write clinical notes, liaise with stakeholders, make referrals etc.

Treatment fees remain the responsibility of the patient and are generally payable immediately following the treatment session.

Payment is made following the conclusion of your session by American Express, MasterCard, Visa, EFTPOS or cash. Unfortunately we do not accept cheques. 

We accept payment from self and plan managed participants.  

Please note that patients are responsible for all fees until finalised by their relevant provider. 

Please discuss with us prior  to your session if you wish to have your fees paid by your NDIS managed plan provider.
